On Nov. 27, 2007, Katrina Litigation Group attorneys filed a request in Jackson, MS asking U.S. District Court Judge William H. Barbour Jr., to accept an amended complaint in the RICO case against State Farm and E.A. Renfroe Company. The original complaint, filed in June 2007, alleges destruction of documents, perjury, obstruction of justice and fraud.
